Team Cibucán

Team Cibucán
2014-Present
The team was one of the three formed in early 2014. At that time the UPRM didn't had a robotics combat project running. The team using limited resources built a 15lb robot in around 2 weeks to compete at the 2014 NRL Nationals. Our team competed again for the 2015 NRL Nationals
What means Cibucán?
Cibucán is a Taíno word meaning cassava squeezer. It has been a tradition of using Taíno words to name our robots.
